Are you experiencing challenges or struggling with traumatic or stressful events? Therapy can help. I approach therapy as a creative and collaborative process. During our sessions, we will explore the past and present as a way to increase awareness, build on strengths, heal and make positive changes.

We sometimes tell ourselves stories about our lives and circumstances, such as “I can’t do anything right” or “life is always difficult”. Sometimes, we reach a point where the story no longer works for us. We may find ourselves stuck, frustrated, and depressed.

If you are at the point of wanting this to change, a therapist can assist you in its creation. I approach therapy as a creative and collaborative process. During our sessions, we will explore the past and present as a way to increase awareness, build on strengths, heal and make positive changes.

I have been working as a counselor for over 20 years integrating Eastern and Western psychology. I am a Licensed Psychologist registered in the state of Minnesota I hold A Master Degree in Counseling from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis.
